The First Confederate ACR: TERRA was the child of Jeff Smith, Jonathan Cox, Ben Olds, Tony Chippenwick. Born in the late summer of 1997. The chapter was originaly based in Tulsa Oklahoma, at the Original Game Shop*.  We have since lost one of the founders who was replaced by Brent Cain.

  Our original plan was to get a chapter established then use members who move out of the area to find other Battletech players to enlist into our ranks.  This has only had limmited success since only two members have moved out of the original gaming area.

  Members in the past have played on-line and in real life. I have since then taken it upon myself to recruit for the internet side of the chapter.  We have had members from Comstar to Clan Hells Horses affilliations, we do not resrtict what House, Clan, or Merc unit you want to be affilliated with.  We figure this is a game of stratigic and tactical skills, so we are here to have fun, we do not run a structured ranked system or force any types of discipline upon other members. We are a group of playrs who started out meeting at a local hobby shop and we have expanded from there.

  Jeff Smith is a FASA Marauder.  He runs demo games in the Kansas City area and on ocassions runs Tournaments in Tulsa Oklahoma from time to time. So keep your eyes for events that are taking place in areas where our members reside.  These events will be located in the Events section of this Website.
